Second Month!

So today i started my second month of the pills,i was off of them for 2 days due to the clinic not having them.I worked out on one of the days and was sooooo damn tired then the next all i wanted to do it eat!i Guess joyce was right that after you get off the pill the only thing you want to do it eat! haha

I only have 30ish pounds to go and i am super excited!Lots of people have noticed  that i have lost some weight.I think i am going to change up my work out some so i can see some different results....I think i may take the meds for another month after this one.

First month!

I have only been on the phen for 2 and half weeks but i have been changing my eating habits and working out way more than i used to.It sure payed off because i have lost 20pounds!It's pretty exciting but i still have 45pounds to go and i know the rate in which i am losing weight will slow down.I am just glad to be losing instead of gaining.

Making myself go to the gym can be hard at times but once i get there i am glad that i went.

Week of Phen.

So last wednsday i started taking Phentermine and i have lost 4lbs,others have lost much more in their first week of taking the pill and i know i shouldn't compare myself to others.I have been going to the gym almost every day,I don't eat as much a i should but i have to force myself sometimes to eat.I would like to be under 200lbs by the end of the month but i super happy with my 12lb weight loss this month.

Something new.

Last week 01-10-07 i went to this local clinic http://www.nexushealthcare.com/nxhealthcare.html
They gave me a month supply of phentermine and a b12 shot and on then 24th i go back for another one.I work over night so at 10pm when i was at work ,i took and a pill and oh my goodness i thought i was going to burst i was so full of energy haha it was silly.I haven't been getting the best sleep but i tried out benadryl last night and i slept amazing.This week im going to try to go to the gym 4 day's a week instead of 3 and eat more veggies because this weekend i went on a date and ate some tasty chinese food BUT i couldn't eat much due to the pill.I will see how i feel after a month and how much i loose.

 

New Year Fresh Start!

On Dec. 28th a few ladies at my work and i had a weigh in because we all wanted to loose some pounds for the new year.I  weighed the most at 218lbs but i am the tallest at 5'6 and a half.We all agreed that every two weeks we will weigh in and on the 6th we we're all a bit curious  and i had lost 6 pounds which i think is probably water weight but it's motivating me to be more active.I have been working out 3 day's a week doing cardio for 45minutes.

Yesterday  afternoon i was off from work and was at the gym for 3 hour's trying out free classes at the gym that i have yet to try.I've been thinking about trying the B12 shot and the Phentermine pills to give me a little boost.I think the best Thing i've been doing so far is writing down everything i eat on a notepad and wacthing how many calories i eat.

If i loose 8 lbs a week,by 6 months i can loose 48lbs and my goal weight lose is 53lbs.
